How to Cancel or Reschedule Your Session
- Please click on the “cancel” link in your confirmation email* to cancel your session. You should see a web page asking you to confirm the cancellation. If/when you do, you should see a web page thanking you for letting us know. (You may need to scroll up on the page to see the message.)
*When you book a session with us, an email is automatically sent to the email address you provide. When you use the “cancel” link in it, the system automatically cancels your session and makes the time available for someone else.
- If you have any difficulty in doing the above, please fill out the form at the bottom of this page and submit it to us. Thank you!
For example, if you didn’t receive a confirmation email, or you can’t find it, or the above process doesn’t seem to be working.
- To reschedule, cancel your existing session, then book a new session on the Book a Session page.
- If you need to cancel within 24 hours of the start time of our session, please text me at 416.333.2900.
- Bookings cancelled less than 24 hours before the start time are subject to the usual fee.
- But if I receive a text more than 12 hours before the scheduled start time of the session, the normal cancellation fee will be waived. I will confirm receipt of such texts by replying “OK” between 10 am and 8 pm Eastern time.
